KERAFIX® Flexpan 200 SP is a sophisticated, intumescent material based on expandable graphite. It has the ability to expand and exert pressure at temperatures starting from around 220 °C. One particular feature is its delayed intumescent reaction, which keeps the material stable and reaction-less during later powder coating processes at temperatures of 180–200 °C. These properties make KERAFIX® Flexpan 200 SP the ideal solution for building and construction projects that require both high-quality fire protection measures and additional coating processes. Optimal for constructions that need subsequent powder coatings.
