Battery

The profile seals PYRO-SAFE® B SX 3200 are completely foaming variants made of an intumescent material on the basis of expandable graphite, which develops a pressure-resistant foam body when heat is applied. Thus, the products are able to seal gaps and joints in the case of a fire. Additionally, the material is solvent-free, halogen-free and insensitive to moisture. Also available as coextruding variant on the basis of expandable graphite with a non-expanding part (e.g. TPE or PVC basis).
