FLEXILODICE® EF QS and EF BS are coextruded, flexible, graphite-based seals designed specially for fire and smoke protection doors made from wood. The seals are fitted into grooves and expand when exposed to fire, producing a microporous, fume-resistant layer that reliably blocks flames, smoke and hot gases. They are also resistant to moisture and CO₂, highly flexible and easy to install, as they can be inserted into the groove with light pressure. FLEXILODICE® EF QS and EF BS are available in easy-to-cut rolls and strips.
