FIREFOAM 1C is an CFC-free one-component polyurethane foam that expands when exposed to heat. The foam has a fire resistance of up to 360 minutes. It has excellent adhesion to most building materials (excluding PE/PP) and provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. FIREFOAM 1C is particularly suitable for mounting and sealing window and door frames and filling cavities. It offers stable performance with no shrinkage or subsequent expansion and is classified as flame retardant (B1) according to DIN 4102-1 and as normally flammable (E) according to EN 13501-1.
