The GEAQUELLO® R 312 / R 380 swelling modules are used to form end walls within cable duct sealing systems. One end wall is used for vertical ducts, and two end walls are used for horizontal ducts. The modules serve as lost formwork and as spacers between individual cables and between the cables and the duct wall. After installation, they are treated with the impregnating fluid GEAQUELLO® E 824. This causes the modules to swell and simultaneously provides flame-retardant impregnation.
