Fire rated sealants
KERAFIX® Firestop Filler
KERAFIX® Firestop Filler is a halogen-free, intumescent sealant based on expandable graphite. It begins to react at temperatures of around 140 °C, expanding to 26 times its original volume to form a pressure-resistant foam structure. This solvent-free and low-emission material adheres to a range of different substrates and offers high temperature resistance, making it ideal for sealing joints and penetrations in wall and ceiling structures.
