Two pioneers merge for OEM solutions in the industry segment

Erndtebrück, 2 June 2025 – svt Group is realigning its product division: Under the new umbrella brand Saverto, its product brands will be consolidated internationally. A central element of this strategic reorganization is the merger of Rolf Kuhn and Odice to form the new entity KuhnOdice. This marks the emergence of an European provider of OEM solutions in the industry segment.

Brand Identity and Market Positioning

The name Saverto is derived from “to save” and “to avert,” encapsulating the core values of the product division: safety, reliability, and structured solutions. The new brand architecture enhances Saverto’s international visibility, providing customers with clear orientation, a distinct market position, and direct access to trusted product brands across all segments.

With Saverto, we are establishing a strong and cohesive platform for our portfolio of product brands. The new structure enhances visibility and provides our customers with clear orientation.

KuhnOdice: Combined Expertise for Industrial Application

The merger creates an integrated solutions provider for OEMs and system suppliers. KuhnOdice brings together established product brands, deep application expertise, and an expanded portfolio tailored to demanding industrial applications involving building components—such as fire-rated doors, battery systems, and applications in rail, aviation, and marine sectors.

KuhnOdice offers an integrated portfolio of product brands, in-house development and testing centers in Germany and France, as well as in-depth regulatory expertise. Customers benefit from tailored OEM solutions and technical support throughout the entire product development process – from initial concept to market readiness.

“With KuhnOdice, a united European provider for passive fire protection solutions in industrial applications is taking shape. Two well-established companies with a long history of close collaboration are now officially joining forces. This new entity stands for reliability amid change and gives us the opportunity to focus our innovative strength even more effectively.”
Thomas Kopp
Managing Director of KuhnOdice Germany

KuhnOdice will adopt a completely new visual identity, including a new logo, website, and a consistent brand presence across all countries. The previous companies will now operate under the name KuhnOdice. The new logo incorporates the Saverto flame as a unifying brand element. The brand transition will begin in June 2025 and be gradually rolled out through the end of the year. For customers, operations will remain unchanged: contacts, products, and all existing certifications will continue as usual

“Our industrial customers benefit from our combined international presence and longstanding partnership. With KuhnOdice, we are creating proximity, continuity, and new perspectives at the same time. We support OEMs with in-depth industry knowledge and practical solutions across the entire value chain.”
Christophe Guidez
Managing Director of KuhnOdice France
