Ventilation

Ventilation systems allow free air circulation through building elements such as walls, partitions and doors. When equipped with passive fire protection features, they also provide effective protection against flames, smoke and gases. When exposed to heat, KuhnOdice’s fire-rated ventilation grilles expand in response, thus preventing fire from spreading to adjacent rooms. Our ventilation grilles, available in rectangular (VENTILODICE^® V) or circular (VENTILODICE^® VC) shapes, are used in fire-rated doors, walls and partitions. As an additional safeguard for ventilation systems, we also offer flexible, easy-to-apply intumescent gaskets like KERAFIX^® FLEXpremium H, and seals such as FLEXILODICE^® EF.
